Development progress during January has been too slow?
I hope everyone have had an awesome time so far. As you noticed, there hasn't been any updates for a while. Let me change that. I was staying away from basically everything including SSC development during January. But i'm working on getting myself back into the everyday coding stuff. I compiled a tiny image for you guys to see following updated things.
To start it off, i picked up asteroids. I drew 5 asteroids where some of them have names like Peanut and Popcorn. #blameLilu. Those asteroids were implemented and to make them more awesome, i rotate and change their color a bit. There's one more thing i would like to-do but i leave it for another time. Its that they form a grid right now. I would like to offset them even by tiny bit. You'll notice it on the image.
Now back to the important task. Build menu. I implemented the build queue for both a player and AI. I haven't tested it yet, but at least it compiles. While i was at it, i did small code cleanup and now i was making drafts for a build queue items which you see on the image.
Next step for me is to implement my draft idea once i've enough feedback. I hope i can speed up to my proper pace now that i'm getting myself into proper mindset.
